Export your data
Take a complete copy of your records, photos and documents whenever you like.

In the app: Settings → Export creates a backup file with your records and the photos you own. It uses the same format as the app’s restore feature.
On the web (from 2027): request a full export and we email you a link, valid for 24 hours, to a ZIP with JSON records, photos and documents.
Exports include only the records you own or that belong to households you own. Records you added to someone else’s household stay with that household.
