Emergencies
If an animal is unwell, injured, bleeding, struggling to breathe, collapsed, or may have eaten something toxic, contact a veterinarian immediately. Do not wait for a reminder, a summary or a reply from support. Poison hotlines are listed on the Safety Net page.
Reference content
Information shown in the app — including symptom guidance, vaccine schedules, parasite-control intervals, nutrition estimates, stool-scale descriptions and toxic-food lists — is general in nature, reviewed by a registered veterinarian before publication, and dated with its sources. It may not apply to your animal’s age, breed, weight, health history or location. Follow the advice and schedule your own veterinarian gives you where they differ.
Automatic schedules (for example suggested vaccine due dates) are suggestions only and are not switched on until they have passed clinical review. Reminders you create depend on your device: they can be missed if a phone is off, offline or has notifications disabled.
Weight, food and medication tools
Calculations such as kilojoule estimates or dose logs use the figures you enter. Check every dose against the label or your vet’s instructions. Never change a medication schedule based on the app alone.
Partner content
Clinics, breeders and rescue organisations may send updates you can accept into your records. We do not verify the clinical accuracy of partner updates. Directory listings show opening hours and emergency flags supplied by the clinic or public sources; always call ahead — an open clinic may not be able to see your animal immediately.
No liability for health decisions
To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Canopy Pty Ltd is not liable for decisions you make about an animal’s care based on information in the Services. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not affected.
