Vet clinics: claim your listing
Verify with a clinic-domain email or a call-back to get the verified badge.

More than 3,000 Australian clinics are listed in the app’s Discover directory. To claim yours:
- Find your clinic in the app and tap Is this your clinic?, or register interest on the website.
- Verify with an email address on your clinic’s domain, or ask for a call-back to your listed phone number. We check registrations against the state veterinary board lists.
- Once verified, your listing shows a verified badge, and you can update hours, emergency flags, booking links and languages spoken.
The clinic portal for receiving owner-authorised records and sending updates opens in 2027. Claiming is free and always will be.
