Redeem a gift, referral or promo code
Codes are redeemed on the website, not inside the app.
Because of App Store and Google Play rules, codes cannot be entered inside the app. Instead:
- Go to patpetcore.com/redeem and sign in with the same account you use in the app.
- Enter the code. Gift codes from a clinic, breeder or rescue grant a full plan for the stated period; referral codes add free months; promo codes apply a discount to web billing.
- Open the app — the plan is active immediately.
Codes work once, may have an expiry date, and are tied to the account that redeems them. Codes issued by a partner stop working if that partner’s account is suspended.
