Subscribe in the app and you won’t be charged for the first 30 days (Apple shows this as “1 month”). Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. One trial per person per store account.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel from your store subscription settings — the app links you straight there. Web subscriptions (from 2027) cancel from the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies; the app shows you the steps. Web purchases get a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription. Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply.
No. The household owner subscribes, and everyone who joins with an invite code inherits the plan. If the owner stops paying, the whole household drops to the Safety Net — nothing is deleted and nobody is removed.
Your records stay, your family stays, and you keep the Safety Net: emergency info, directory, lost & found, basic QR and read-only access with export. Adding new daily records needs a subscription again.
Yes for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back after 28 Feb 2027, the then-current price applies.
