Is there a free version?
There’s a 30-day free trial on every plan, and the Safety Net stays free forever: emergency info, the vet directory, lost & found, your basic QR tag, plus read-only access and export of everything you logged. Adding new daily records after the trial needs a subscription.
How many people can share a household?
Six, including you, on the Household plan. Members join with a one-time invite code and inherit your plan — nobody pays twice.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app keeps a local copy and queues changes until you’re back online. Family members see each other’s updates as soon as they sync.
Where is my data stored?
In Australia, on Supabase infrastructure, with private storage and signed links for photos and documents. Read the privacy policy for the full list of processors.
