Delete your account
Delete from the app in a minute, or request deletion on the website.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You will see a preview of what will be removed, type DELETE, and sign in again within 10 minutes to confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
On the website: use the account deletion page if you no longer have the app. We email a confirmation link and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Before you delete: export anything you want to keep, transfer or close any household you own, and cancel your store subscription (deleting the account does not cancel it).
Records you added to other people’s households stay with them, with your name removed. A deletion receipt is kept for 7 days and then removed.
